CLIA — A product of Frontiercodes LLC

These Terms govern the use of CLIA, a SaaS platform for AI agents owned and operated by Frontiercodes LLC.

By accessing or using CLIA, you agree to these Terms.

1. Service description

CLIA is a backend platform that enables businesses to create, operate, and monetize multi-channel AI agents, including chat, voice, RAG, and external integrations.

Frontiercodes provides technological infrastructure and does not guarantee commercial or operational outcomes.

2. Account and access

The User:

  • Must be at least 18 years old
  • Is responsible for their credentials and API keys
  • Is responsible for all activity performed under their account

3. Plans, payments, and usage

3.1 Subscriptions

Plans are monthly and managed via Stripe.

3.2 Usage charges

In addition to subscription fees, we charge for:

  • AI tokens
  • Chat messages
  • Voice minutes

Charges are deducted from the User's balance.

3.3 Auto-recharge

If the User enables auto-recharge, they accept the corresponding automatic charges.

3.4 No refunds

Payments, usage, and balances are non-refundable except where required by law.

4. Credit limits

Frontiercodes may allow negative balances up to a configured limit.

Alerts (80%, 95%, 100%) are informational. Frontiercodes may suspend services if limits are exceeded.

5. Acceptable use

It is prohibited to use CLIA for:

  • Illegal activities
  • Spam, fraud, or impersonation
  • Violations of privacy or telecommunications laws
  • Abusive or discriminatory content
  • Misuse of voice or recordings

6. AI agents and content

The User is fully responsible for content:

  • Entered into prompts
  • Provided via RAG
  • Generated or distributed by agents

AI may produce errors. Frontiercodes does not guarantee accuracy.

7. Third-party integrations

Frontiercodes is not responsible for failures, changes, or interruptions of external services (Stripe, Twilio, OpenAI, etc.).

8. Availability

CLIA is provided “as is” and “as available”. Continuous uptime or an implied SLA is not guaranteed.

9. Intellectual property

CLIA, its code, and its architecture belong to Frontiercodes LLC.

The User retains ownership of their data. The User grants Frontiercodes a limited license to operate the service.

10. Suspension and termination

Frontiercodes may suspend or terminate accounts due to:

  • Breach of these Terms
  • Non-payment
  • Legal, technical, or reputational risk

11. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

  • Frontiercodes is not liable for indirect damages
  • Total liability will not exceed amounts paid in the last 30 days

12. Indemnification

The User agrees to indemnify Frontiercodes for claims arising from:

  • Misuse of the service
  • Violations of law
  • Content generated by their agents

13. Changes

Frontiercodes may modify these Terms at any time. Continued use implies acceptance.

14. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States.
